Role Purpose

Planning of electrical machine set-up, and spare part stocks. Timely raising red flags for underutilization or mis utilization of resources. Ensure timely delivery of Highway lightening works at projects. Coordination with procurement team to meet techno-commercial requirements. Ensure proper adherence of SOPs and manage dead stock inventory of electrical equipment’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning-Power System Management - Proper planning of electrical equipment set-up and review spare part stocks for new & existing camps. Review existing systems to clear the bottlenecks and provide optimum solutions.

• Operations- Power System Management - Monitor and ensure maintenance schedule of all deployed equipments. Timely raising red flag in case of mis-utilization and under utilization of electrical equipment’s. Ensure timely completion of Highway lightening works. Manage minimum deadstock and coordinate with procurement team and ensure proper specification as per requirement.

• MIS & Reporting - Ensure timely and error free reports like electricity bill review, monthly energy consumption, etc. sent to Manager & other relevant stakeholders.

• People Management - Ensure timely & proper training of site staff to equip them for handling electrical operations as per project requirements.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Education Details - Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech - Electrical
• Years of Experience - 10-12 years of experience with Diploma, 8-10 years of experience with B.Tech, 6-8 years of experience with M.Tech.
