Assistant BIM Modeller

Role Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise 3D model, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. They will collaborate with BIM manager to produce detailed layouts, blueprints for construction activities in a timely manner. The incumbent is expected to adhere to the standard templates and processes while executing their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for working on 3D modelling on Highway Projects & Building Projects.
• Responsible for preparing detailed 3D model for highway / infrastructure projects such as road, structures bridge model, miscellaneous Items related to highway Projects (bus bay, truck layby, toll plaza layout, KM & HM stone, metal beam crash barrier, topography etc.), street lighting, road marking and road signage, road studs, avenue, and median plantation etc.
• Produce 3D model for building projects such as architecture, RCC & steel structure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire fighting, outdoor landscape.
• Responsible for produce parametric families in Revit for infrastructure & building projects and provide annotation family
• Stay updated of the latest technology and modelling methodologies to enhance capabilities.
• Ensure design draft submissions are first time right.
• Prepare and submit report based on the daily activities.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Min ITI/ Diploma
• O2(Junior BIM Modeller): 0-6 years of experience
• O3(Assistant BIM Modeller): 7-10 years of experience
• O4(Deputy BIM Modeller): 11-15 years of experience
• O5(BIM Modeller): 16-20 years of experience
• O6(Senior BIM Modeller): 21-25 years of experience
• O7(Lead BIM Modeller): 26-30 years of experience
• O8(Chief BIM Modeller): Above 30 years of experience
• Working experience in BIM360 Cloud Platform
