Role Purpose
The role holder is responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the Legal Department by managing legal documentation, maintaining records, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsels, conducting legal research, and assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, agreements, and records.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, letters, agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries/reports.
- Maintain litigation, contract, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and internal teams.
- Track document execution, approvals, and legal deadlines.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day legal and administrative activities.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- Any Graduate.
- 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, legal documentation, paralegal, or legal support roles.
- Experience in corporate legal departments, law firms, banks, or NBFCs preferred.
