Assistant Manager

Role Purpose

• The role holder supports the Vertical Lead - Survey in execution of survey activities during project execution and steps in their role during their absence.
• The incumbent is also responsible for smooth execution of the entire survey process at the project driving survey related activities in collaboration with the operations team ensuring that the tolerance levels are being kept within the limits.
• The role holder captures the data denoting the on-ground progress providing specific info in the context of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey Performance –
  • Work as per the allotted activities of the survey during the project execution with the guidance provided by the team Vertical Lead – Survey and provide first time correct data.
• Survey Operations  –
  • Review the survey output quality and schedule with the concerned Vertical Lead - Survey through daily progress report and collect accurate data for an RFI.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the equipment and minimize rework.
• Stakeholder Management  –
  • Apprise the GRIL seniors of the survey assignment progress and request for support/necessary inputs to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Capture the correct data to resolve the requirements of the operations team during the project execution.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma  in  Civil  with  2-3  years experience in survey operations

 or

• BE/B.Tech with 1-2 years experience in survey operations

 or

• M.T ech with min. 1 years experience in survey operations
