Role Purpose
The role holder is responsible for monitoring execution of Buildings/MEP work across all project sites and raising timely red flags for delays along with highlighting potential risks foreseen during building execution & progress. The incumbent is expected to ensure adherence of approved Building design & drawing. Ensuring adherence to budgets and raising timely requisitions for budget revisions due to COS or other affecting factors. Monitor adherence to SOPs for Building construction/ MEP at all projects and raise to concerned authority in case of any deviations. To assist the manager in timely resolution of client queries & escalations by preparing first time right documentation.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring zero delays in Building execution plan & progress by regular monitoring and reporting and highlighting any delays & other operations related risks.
- To ensure zero deviation of building construction from approved design & drawing.
- Timely analysis & highlighting potential risks & mitigation plans to support Building construction/ MEP execution at projects.
- Ensure adherence to budget in Building construction/ MEP work and raising timely red flags for any deviations from approved budget.
- Review budgets for any revisions arising from COS activities or other external or internal factors that impact the cost or quantities.
- Monitor compliance to SOPs at construction site for the prevention of quality & safety related incidents along with maintaining GRIL quality levels of work.
- Timely coordination with internal & external stakeholders for expediting project execution.
- Timely resolution of client queries & escalations by preparing required documents and responses within SLA's.
- Coordination with authorities for timely & necessary approvals of documents.
- Ensuring documentation of all building construction/ MEP reports.
- Timely submission of project progress report to manager along with the red flags list.
- Assist the manager by preparation of required reports & documents within stipulated days.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical, BE/B.Tech, M. Tech.
- Min 2-4 years of experience in handling buildings work at project with a scope of around INR 1000 cr.
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure Industry
