Role Purpose

Act as technical & operational support to the CTO in driving functional excellence. The role entails delivering analytical insights, managerial oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment of functional strategies with organizational goals, monitor key initiatives, and facilitate effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CTO in formulating and executing strategic plans for Design, HSE, and Quality functions.
  • Conduct reviews and prepare analytical summaries on performance metrics, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities across the three functions.
  • Prepare business cases, benchmarking studies, and presentations to support key decisions and leadership reviews.
  • Track the implementation of critical strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved within timelines.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment between Design, HSE, and Quality teams and other business functions.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in processes, systems, and coordination mechanisms within the CTO’s functions.
  • Support digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the technical domain.
  • Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders for timely and accurate flow of information.
  • Draft reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership, board reviews, and client interactions.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

  • 5–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a role involving strategic/operational support to top management or functional heads.
  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
  • Experience working in infrastructure, engineering, or project-based sectors is a plus
