Deputy Manager

Role Purpose

The role holder is accountable for extend close supervision of work at project site. They will manage site analysis survey, survey work data collection. They will ensure to gather information for surveys on existing terrain and typography.

Key Responsibilities

•  
• Responsible for gathering data for highway surveys, including information on existing terrain and typography.
• Ensure to conduct site analysis surveys like GSB, Wet Mix Macadam- WMM, Dry lean Concreate– DLC, TBM Alignment. PQC, Shoulder Survey, Level Checking Work, Structure layout
• Maintain quality standards in survey work
• Ensure safety of employees
• Address workplace issues
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) to track and document daily activities

Indicative Experience and Exposure

•  
• Min 12th Pass
• S5(Assistant Survey Manager): Min 2 yrs. of experience
• S6(Deputy Survey Manager): Min 5 yrs. of experience
• S7(Survey Manager): Min 7 yrs. of experience
• S8(Senior Survey Manager): Min 10 yrs. of experience
