Role Purpose

To contribute to business strategy, planning, and performance management by analyzing data, preparing dashboards and models, and providing insights that enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in strategy formulation, business planning, and performance tracking.
• Consolidate and analyze sales and operational data; prepare dashboards and MIS reports.
• Conduct sales reporting, trend analysis, and performance insights by product, region, and customer.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for key initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Develop executive presentations and briefing notes for reviews.
• Drive automation of reporting through BI tools and digital platforms.
• Support governance, compliance, and documentation for corporate reviews and audits.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• 0–3 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, finance, or related roles.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience working with data, dashboards, MIS, or business reporting (preferred).
• Exposure to construction of chemicals, building materials, or industrial products (added advantage).
