Role Purpose
The Management Trainee will support the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team in delivering standardized, compliant, and efficient HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. The trainee will assist in executing HR processes, maintaining employee data and documentation, and supporting service delivery for both corporate and project site employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Shared Services team in executing HR operational processes in alignment with the organization’s HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of the HR Shared Services operating model by coordinating with HR teams across corporate offices, business units and site locations.
- Assist in maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), turnaround times and process trackers for HR shared service activities.
- Assist in maintaining process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR Shared Services activities.
- Help prepare and update HR dashboards, reports, and operational metrics related to service delivery and process efficiency.
- Support HR Shared Services initiatives focussed on process improvement, service quality and operational efficiency.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of at least one internship in HR, HR Operations, HRMS, or a related area is mandatory.
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to work with HR Data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and flowchart preparation
- Good attention to detail and structured working approach
