Role Purpose

The Management Trainee will support the execution of Talent Management processes, including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, and employee engagement. The role involves coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder interaction to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and tracking closure.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to defined timelines.
  • Assist in succession planning by maintaining data on critical roles, successors, and readiness levels.
  • Support talent review discussions by preparing data and dashboards.
  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives, including training nominations, scheduling, and feedback tracking.
  • Assist in identifying training needs based on performance data and business inputs.
  • Support execution of employee engagement surveys, analyse responses, and track action plans.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards/reports (performance, talent pipeline, training, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of Talent Management processes.
  • Provide support in HR systems (e.g., updating records, extracting reports).

Indicative Experience and Exposure

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-1 year of experience (freshers preferred).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is an added advantage).
