Role Purpose

The incumbent of this role is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of production at the plant location. The role holder should ensure efficient labor management for the production activities. Ensure zero deviation from production targets, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Ensure implementation of new ideas for production improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production targets are met with zero deviations from approved quantities.
• Develop marketing strategies for the enrolment of new customers and contribution in sales growth.
• Manage labour resources effectively, ensuring timely deployment for production activities.
• Monitor timely delivery of materials with zero delays caused by vehicle unavailability.
• Implement and enforce quality and safety SOPs to achieve zero product rejections, minimize wastage, and prevent safety incidents.
• Address and resolve labor grievances promptly to prevent production disruptions.
• Oversee the accurate and timely submission of MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with 7-13 years’ experience.
• BE/ B. Tech with 5-11 years’ experience.
• M. Tech with 4-10 years’ experience.
