Role Purpose

  • The purpose of this role is to complete the assigned activities in the bid creation and submission process.
  • support the Vertical Lead in identifying the bids by updating the list of possible project opportunities and assessing their feasibility.
  • The incumbent frequently checks for amendments in the space of bid documentation and submits pre-bid queries to the client.
  • They collate accurate data from relevant sources about the project site and support in quantity calculations through reading of schedules and drawings.
  • The role holder completes the assigned activities in the bid creation and submission process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Creation and Submission
    • Ensure timely completion of feasibility studies, accurate bid creation and submission under the guidance of the seniors. 
    • Provide supportin reading technical schedules and drawings and extract relevant information for bid submission.
    • Prepareand submit pre bid query documentation.
  • Reporting
    • Collect accurate and timely reports for the management teams.
    • Maintain all MIS and reporting systems with accurate reporting of data.
    • Ensure timely escalation in case of any process delays and deviation from SOPs.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with  1-3  years experience  in  Business Development

or

  • B.T ech  / M.Tech  with min 1 years experience in handling bid submissions
