Role Purpose

The role bearer is responsible for complete coordination of the PT & D project. Provide support to Operations – Head through smooth execution of day-to-day activities and timely document preparation. Responsible for cross-functional coordination for project monitoring, with a commitment to strict adherence to SOPs. The role holder is responsible to implement technical enhancements and provides high-quality insights for risk identification, contributing to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of day-to-day activities and preparation of draft documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely approvals for project milestones.
• Ensure timely approvals of necessary documents with relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively raise red flags for potential delays or deviations, enabling swift corrective actions.
• Uphold strict adherence to established procedures and SOPs, ensuring zero deviation from the defined standards. Focus on increasing profitability, best quality project delivery.
• Implement technical enhancements to deepen understanding and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and assess risks by reviewing reports thoroughly. Provide high-quality data insights to the Manager, contributing to informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with 5 - 7 years’ experience in construction projects.
• BE/ B. Tech with 3 - 6 years’ experience or M. Tech with 2 - 4 years’ experience in handling construction projects.
• Experience in handling Project coordinator role at project of INR 500 cr +value.
