Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and competent Design Engineer (Structures) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing major infrastructure structures. The candidate should be proficient in the design and analysis of VUPs, flyovers, major bridges, metro viaducts, and similar large-scale structures, with strong knowledge of applicable design codes and software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze major structures including VUPs (Vehicular Underpasses), flyovers, major bridges, and metro viaducts.
• Prepare detailed structural design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with IRC and IRS codes of practice and project specifications.
• Perform structural modeling and analysis using STAAD Pro, MIDAS, or similar software.
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, execution, and drafting) for design development and implementation.
• Review and validate design drawings, ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Assist in value engineering and optimization of structural designs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural design of infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of IRC and IRS codes of practice.
• Hands-on experience in STAAD Pro and/or MIDAS is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and structural detailing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in highway, railway, or metro infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to complex bridge/viaduct design and execution support.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
