Role Purpose

As an Associate in Concrete Technology, primary objective is to monitor concrete quality standards. The role holder will be responsible for conducting R&D for concrete design mixes, and to oversee quality certification process. The role involves stakeholder management for providing technical support & resolving client queries related to concrete.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular R&D to develop and propose optimized concrete design mixes & identify direct or indirect opportunities for improving concrete production.
• Design and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for concrete production.
• Oversee the quality certification process for concrete final product.
• Manage and optimize the concrete design mix, ensuring the right design mix is used for all grades of concrete.
• Interface with customers, testing laboratories, and plant supervisors regarding mix utilization, admixture dosage and technical support.
• Ensure inspection of the plant facilities and recommend corrective action to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and submit timely monthly reports on concrete production and related activities to the manager.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma/ B.Tech in (Civil/ Chemical)/ B.Sc. / Graduation  with 10-12 years’ experience.
• Proven work experience in Concrete Technology in construction chemical manufacturing company.
• Having experience in concrete production process.
