Role Purpose

The Associate – Sales & Marketing is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key responsibilities include identifying and marketing to new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients. The incumbent is responsible for providing analytical reports to relevant stakeholders within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily sales to meet or exceed the assigned metric ton target.
• Ensure zero deviations from the material delivery schedule by coordinating with production and plant teams.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays in timely delivery and escalate if necessary.
• Execute strategies to enroll new customers as per the assigned target.
• Submit timely and accurate sales and marketing reports to relevant stakeholders.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience of 1-5 years in sales.
