Junior Executive

Role Purpose

The role holder will be responsible for verification of materials with invoices and stocks, update documents in SAP portal. They will follow up for quality checks of the materials and manage the transaction and verify the mismatch of any records.

Key Responsibilities

•  
• Responsible for verifying the material bills and update the documents in SAP portal.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOP while handling incoming and outgoing materials and any field work which is relevant to stores.
• Ensure Item Code tagging and placement of material at designated area
• Responsible for verifying the stocks with inventory reports.
• Ensure follow ups for quality check at the time of GRN.
• Responsible for unloading materials while ensuring the safety norms.
• Ensure proper verification of material weight and maintain records of quantity mismatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation & filing work.
• Perform miscellaneous assigned jobs as required.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

•  
• Min 12th pass/ ITI - Graduation
• O3(Junior Assistant): Min 3 years’ experience
• O4(Assistant): Min 5 years’ experience
• O5(Senior Assistant): Min 7 years’ experience
