Senior Manager

Role Purpose

• The role holder is responsible for interfacing with the government bodies and local authorities, to resolve all mining related issues which might create hindrance in the smooth execution of the projects.
• The incumbent shall support the Operations team at corporate office and/or Project Head at project in finalization on aggregate sourcing, applicable royalty rates and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with the relevant government officials/local authorities for mining related issues which might create a hindrance in the smooth execution of the project. Support in the Pre-bid requirement of quality & quantity of minor mineral. Review and provide recommendation for Minor mineral requirement within stipulated timelines . Assist the site teams with reconciliation on used minor mineral as certified by the client time to time.

• MIS & Reporting - Prepare standard checklist for minor mineral land acquisition for quarry & crusher working permission procedure as per statutory guidelines.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Law graduate with 15-20  years of experience in handling  mining and royalty related matters for construction project sites.
